Dr. Carmine Di Martino

Carmine Di Martino, MD is a board certified family medicine physician raised in Sussex county, New Jersey. He earned his bachelor's degree from The Pennsylvania State University and his medical degree from The Robert Wood Johnson Medical School affiliated with Rutgers University in New Jersey in 2010. He provides comprehensive health care for people of all ages and is a strong advocate for the patient’s involvement in healthcare decisions to help improve quality of life.

Prior to graduating from his residency training he embarked on a one month rotation working with Indian Health Services (IHS) on the Navajo Nation. He enjoyed his experience so much that he moved to Crownpoint, New Mexico in 2013 and served the Navajo community there for over 5 years and met his wife. His medical care responsibilities during that time were broad including obstetrics, inpatient and outpatient care services. In 2017 he was awarded the Navajo Area Director’s Award for outstanding healthcare employee.

With desires to start a family and settle roots in New Mexico, Carmine and Katie were seeking other opportunities within The Land of Enchantment and moved to Taos, NM in 2019 to work with Taos Pueblo. Carmine and his wife Katie reside in Taos with their two boys who were both born at Holy Cross Hospital. Carmine is a mountain biker, skier, and lover of the outdoors.

He is grateful for the Taos community and is looking forward to serving them with Schreiber Family Medicine.
